1. Overview
ZeroPrint (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides web development services, data exposure checks, and cybersecurity-related recommendations. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services Provided
We offer the following services:
a. Web Development
- Static website development
- Delivery via GitHub transfer or direct handover
- Optional hosting via Cloudflare using client-owned domains
b. Data Exposure & “Data Broker” Checks
- Checking whether user-provided identifiers (such as email addresses, phone numbers, or usernames) appear in known data breaches or public exposure datasets
- Uses trusted third-party sources such as Have I Been Pwned and similar public databases
- Provides informational results only
c. Account Security Recommendations
- General security guidance for social media and online accounts
- No direct access to, login into, or control of any user accounts
3. Payment Terms
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins
- Remaining 50% is due upon completion before delivery
- Failure to complete payment may result in withheld delivery or suspension of hosting services
4. Data Handling (IMPORTANT)
- All user-submitted data for security checks is used only for the requested analysis
- Data is not stored long-term
- Data is deleted after the service is completed
- We do not maintain databases of user information
5. Data Exposure (“Data Broker”) Checks
These checks are informational and rely on third-party public breach datasets. We do not hack, breach, or access private systems. We do not recover passwords or bypass account security. Results should be treated as educational and awareness-based information only.
We are not responsible for:
- accuracy of third-party datasets
- outdated or incomplete breach records
6. Hosting Services
If hosting is provided, it is on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uptime, response times, or immediate modifications. As a small operator, support delays may occur.
We are not liable for:
- downtime
- DNS issues
- delays in updates or takedowns
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- provide accurate project information
- maintain ownership of their own accounts (GitHub, domains, etc.)
- use services legally and responsibly
We do not access client accounts unless explicitly required for delivery.
8. Acceptable Use
Users may not use our services for:
- illegal activities
- malicious hacking attempts
- distribution of malware or harmful content
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if misuse is suspected.
9. Limitation of Liability
ZeroPrint is not responsible for:
- damages from use of our services
- data loss or business interruption
- security breaches on third-party platforms
All services are provided “as is” without warranties.
10. Third-Party Services
We rely on external providers including:
- Cloudflare (hosting and infrastructure)
- GitHub (code delivery)
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Have I Been Pwned (data exposure checks)
We are not responsible for their performance or outages.
11. Termination
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate services if:
- payment is not completed
- misuse or abuse is detected
- terms are violated
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of updates.
